History of The Little Shrimp Restaurant
The Little Shrimp Restaurant was Designed and Named The Little Shrimp,
Around the Late 50's to Early 60's in Laguna Beach, Ca.
By a Mrs. Lynn Kahn
As a Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge.

She Sold it to Bill Schofield and Bill Alfred around 1963.
Then it was Sold Again to Mr. Mike Michaels
In 1965. He owned it till 1985.
As the Owner of this website, I worked for Mike Michaels,
From 1966-1985.
As his head Cook and Head Chef of the Restaurant.
During that time I created many Seafood, Meat, Veal Dishes.
The Little Shrimp was Basically a Seafood, Lobster Steak House.
